MindLab created this toolbox to support the public sector to innovate on policy and implement iterative design processes. It draws heavily on design thinking and service design tools and is divided into research, analysis, idea, and implementation sections.

It supports a methodology that aims to help designers of digital services to enable and draw on the full range of human diversity.
