The media player plays back the first half of the file and in the middle, it throws. On Windows 7, several years ago, the error did not appear, but the video player just jumped to the beginning of the video file if I rewinded the playback behind the moment with the current error. So, on windows 7, the player just jumped to the beginning of the file, but in windows 10, the player just throws the error and I can not see the last part of the video.
Only the 1st half of the video can be played. It is a pity since it was a video of my graduation ceremony from secondary school, 10 years ago.
Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another. I can view regular DVD but one that is homemade won't work. The fellow that took the DVD's of my Granddaughter says it played on his media player Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I am not sure how to check that, but I have found that it can display the title and chapters, and when I check the disk in My computer it tells me the name of the DVD. Chris, I appreciate your help.
I am pretty easily confused when it comes to this stuff, but I keep on trying. Determination, or insanity, maybe both? Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions.
Too technical. Not enough information. Not enough pictures. That issue was resolved, however I am still unable to play DVDs. Below is a snap shot of my system information as well as a snap shot of the before and after the Fix it from Microsoft: System Information Before and after Fix it last two commands at bottom of snapshot attatched file with snapshots just in case they don't show in post.
