These summer classes and activities are open only to formerly incarcerated and system-impacted students and are designed specifically for Transitions students; refer to the Eligibility page to see if the Summer Transitions Program might be a fit for you. Formerly incarcerated and system-impacted students are also welcome to join the Transitions Collective and community throughout the year, whether or not they become part of the summer cohort.
